If your bogged down with your email, take a tip from me. Delete all signs of rubbish promising you free holidays, or instant get rich quick schemes, or to run a business from home. This should save you several hours of your valuable day. Remember your kids and the wife too, or a natural slow death will surely follow! 1 other thing i've learnt from my stupidity is this:- When you get these virus scam warnings, dont send about 500 emails to friends warning of impending doom and plagues, because the email tells you that will happen! These people are sick individuals with nothing better to do, remember that always. Get a free virus scanner at www.grisoft.com This will scan all your emails for virus's or other deadly nasty bugs. Free is good, why pay for something when there's no need ?
